The team at Dr. Erfani Plastic Surgery all helped comfort me and made sure the treatment was customized for me personally – Longer treatment course but minimal pain. My treatment was absolutely pain free. The facility was very clean and relaxing. I got this all at a discount through an online deal. I was so pleased with my first visit that although I had more sessions left, I decided to purchase additional sessions.

I went to the clinic in April for my Botox. I haven’t done it in a while and I really think a lot before I choose anything. I researched a lot. Around here Eastlake there is a lot of cosmetic surgeons, after ready a lot of good reviews I decided to go with Dr. Sadi Erfani Plastic Surgery, and thank God the experience was amazing. The doctor and the staff are incredible, they explain all the details of the procedures, from the beginning to the end, all my experiences on cosmetic clinic I had before was overseas, this is my first time in the U.S. And I’m really happy with this clinic. I recommend anybody to come.

It’s been about 4 months since my breast augmentation and I feel fantastic! I know from experience that it’s a big decision for a lot of women to go through surgery, but if it has crossed your mind to have breast augmentation, don’t wait any longer and go through with it. It will be one of the best decision you’ll ever make and with the right doctor you’ll feel confident that you’re in good hands. Dr. Erfani will be the right person to do the job. He is the type of doctor that takes time with his patient to explore their options and will tell you his honest opinion. What I loved about Dr. Erfani is that he was easily accessible and immediately returned all my phone calls with any concerns I had after my surgery and during my recovery process. He would be the right person you want to be doing your surgery with.

to say this was the best decision I have ever made in my life is no exaggeration. But, the best part of it all, is the actual results!
It has only been 3 weeks since my surgery & the results are amazing.
I honestly have the confidence I had when I was 30 years old & my life has been changed forever. I have never ever been this thankful to anyone in my life & can’t express enough how happy I am with the results. Btw-I have never taken the time to yelp in my entire 50 years of life, but Dr, Erfani & his staff have been so good to me & have made me feel & look so amazing, I want to share this with everyone & anyone considering a face-lift or any plastic surgery to go with Dr. Sadi Erfani or at the very least go in for a consultation & you will better understand why I can assure you it will be the right decision.

I have been searching all over San Diego for a laser treatment center that was right for me and finally found one in Dr. Erfani Plastic Surgery in Chula Vista. Nice location (check) smart and dependable staff (check) great doctor who listens to all your questions and goes above and beyond fantastic service (CHECK!)

I visited the office today for the Co2 Fractional treatment. I have moderate acne scars on my face They started off with applying numbing cream on the area they planned to laser. The procedure itself didn’t hurt as much as I anticipated. I would compare it to getting lightly snapped in the face with a rubber band, didn’t hurt any more than getting your eyebrows waxed. Dr. Sadi made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment and even asked me if I was comfortable several times. The entire visit lasted no more than 2 hours. I was a little nervous at first (as anyone would be before any procedure) but I’m so happy I had this done. I’m so excited to see the results!

I met Dr Erfani in Dec 2009. He did my lower eyes and laser resurfacing. I am so happy with the results. I look and feel 10 years younger. I was so happy I went back 4 weeks ago for the upper eyes. Due to my amazing results 3 cousins, my sister and 7 friends have also been to him. We are all extremely satisfied with our new looks. I have seen other doctors work that took away the person’s facial character. This hasn’t happened to any of my family and friends or me. Thank you Dr. Erfani for EVERYTHING!

Dr. Erfani was a wonderful Doctor from start to finish. I got my lower eyes, Lift and Laser all done in one day, actually in a matter of hours!!

I inititally came in to discuss some sun damage I had done to my face and doing my lower eyes but Doctor Erfani made an excellent recommendation to me to get a new refreshed look, and he made me such an excellent offer, I could NOT refuse!

All in all, I am more than satisfied with my new, younger-looking self and the best part is I still look exactly like me only much younger, people keep asking me how I look so relaxed and young, its wonderful.

I came to see Dr. Erfani to have him remove a few “dog ears” on my hips, which were a result of a little added weight on my hips after another surgery elsewhere (and a C-section). He and his staff are awesome!! With warm greetings and sincere care, his nurse explained all to me carefully and honestly. Dr. Erfani also met with me each time and answered all concerns very well. He explained exactly what to expect and how long it would take to heal so that I could plan my surgery with him. I went in to have liposuction done on just the little dog ears and not only did Dr. Erfani completely remove them (hooray!!), he did MORE than what I expected! Wow!! I love the results and I really appreciate the way all of his staff have supported me throughout the process of liposuction on my hips. His office manager is very kind and his staff are friendly and yet still very professional. I actually healed a lot faster than expected as well. I will definitely be back to see him if the need arises. I have been telling my friends about him and already have a friend who is going in to see him to remove a mole on her back. I am very happy with Dr. Erfani. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Erfani’s for almost one year. I had experienced “bad Botox” by another Dr. and had decided never to do it again. After seeing results of the Lifestyle lift by Dr. Erfani on a friend and then Botox on another friend I decided to give it another try. What a difference, first there was a professional consultation and an explanation of how much I would be injected with and why. The result was almost immediate and the smoothness of my skin was natural looking. I am a regular patient now, I go for my follow-ups and most recently Dr. Erfani explained the differences between Botox and Xeomin. I had Xeomin injected and once again immediate results. Dr. Erfani’s knowledge, professionalism and caring manner will put you at ease. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Dr. Erfani is the best! I couldn’t be happier with the lower face lift, neck lift and eyelid lift (Upper Blepharoplasty) that he performed on me six weeks ago.

This is the first time I’ve ever had plastic surgery and I must say I felt self conscious when I first when to Dr. Erfani. But my hesitations disappeared as soon as I walked into their beautiful office which looks like a spa and was taken under the wing of his caring and competent staff. Jennifer at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and coordinated my meeting first with Ana, the Patient Coordinator, to discuss the procedures, and then Dr. Erfani.

I am 1 week post-op from getting my facelift, neck lift and upper blephs. I am so happy with the results so far. Dr. Erfani and his entire staff made me feel very comfortable with every step of the procedures. I was very nervous on the day of the procedure but totally put at ease by his staff. His nurse held my hand and was always there massaging my legs which made me feel so relaxed. Dr. Erfani is very interested in making sure you understand each step of the procedure from beginning to end. I will be going back for my lower blephs in a few weeks and also IPL photofacial to top off the icing on the cake! I have had only great results and love working with Doctor Erfani. I am a 66 year old and thought it was time to get info on a facelift for the lower portion of my face and neck. Do not regret it! Had my lift done 3 weeks ago and already loving the results. Doctor and staff were wonderful. You must follow all instructions before and after the surgery. The cost was very reasonable and even my husband agreed money well spent. I am now having Botox done between my eyebrows and around my mouth area. Feeling great and will continue going to Dr. Erfani for my skin care and products!!

I am 46 yrs old and a cosmetic treatment junkie. I take excellent care of my skin with a strict skin care regiment, including monthly facials and annual injectables. Being fairly well versed on what’s the latest (and least invasive) anti-aging care I would consider, I found myself sitting face-to-face with Jayde, the patient coordinator then Dr. Erfani in his Chula Vista office to discuss CO2 laser treatment, which was the extent of interest I had initially.

He asked about my concerns, which I explained besides my hyper-pigmentation and sun damage,were my heavy (fat) jowls and saggy neck/double chin. He listened intently, asked questions, we had a nice chat. Without hesitation I booked an appointment for a procedures on the lower portion of my face, and neck. I had done research in the past of this type of procedure, so it wasn’t foreign to me. Normally, I would not book anything the same day, EVER (too picky and skeptical). But he has a pleasant way about him, there is just something entirely RIGHT about him that made me trust in him, the staff and the procedure.I am ONE week post-op, and, well, in all honesty, I look fabulous!

Dr. Erfani is the best plastic surgeon I’ve visited. Even if it is just xeomin injections, he takes his time with you, remembers you, and makes you feel like family! His laser facial resurfacing works wonders! I def recommend if you have any scarring from acne or just need a refreshed look.
