“I’m writing this little blurb to give you a sense of who I am and in what I believe. I believe, and have personally found that love is a real phenomenon that is essential to the overall well-being and success of any individual. Of course, love can be for many things (another person, your friends, what you do, your kids, a pet, your faith), but one form of love should be experienced if you hope to thrive and appreciate your life. Self-“love” or self-esteem is a basic need in which I truly believe. My personal and professional successes are based on how I improve the lives of others by helping them have greater appreciation for themselves. Who can foretell what great things can occur when you are free of the distractions of self-criticism to focus your life on more gratifying and worthwhile endeavors? This excites me.

I am blessed to be married to my wife, Dr. Gail Salganick-Erfani (a colo-rectal surgeon). I have four wonderful children, Zachary, Isaac, Ethan, and Natalya. This is my family and my first love.

My next love has been creating my practice. This place is just as I have imagined it would be: clients come in and are treated like family, the staff is eager, kind and professional, the place is exotic and relaxing, the services and results are outstanding, and oh yeah, I get to meet and re-greet truly fascinating people everyday, often having a new “adventure” with them where they begin perhaps a new chapter in their life!
